Does it work with my hybrid?
EngineMiles supports regular hybrids and plug-in hybrids. Engine miles are estimated from logged fuel and gas-mode fuel economy. The estimated electric-mileage split is available with Pro for plug-in hybrids only.
Does EngineMiles read data from my car?
No. You enter your fill-ups and odometer readings. EngineMiles estimates gasoline-engine miles using fuel amount × gas-only fuel economy; it does not connect to the car’s computer or automatically track your trips.
Do I need an account?
No account is required. Your vehicle log is stored locally on your iPhone. Apple handles purchases, and optional usage sharing is controlled in Settings. Read the privacy policy.
Is Android available?
Android is coming soon. There isn’t an Android download or a confirmed release date yet.
Can I use this to choose an oil-change interval?
You can set a goal and follow estimated engine miles between oil changes. It is a guide, not maintenance advice. Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s mileage and time-based service recommendations.
